Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing strategies, and hiring processes to support organizational growth and workforce planning. This role focuses on identifying qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, coordinating recruitment operations, and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce and talent requirements
  • Managing job postings, recruitment campaigns, and candidate communication
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines and candidate databases
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and staffing reports
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or staffing roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Good communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in corporate, technology, healthcare, logistics, or shared services industries is an advantage
