The client is a global semiconductor leader, the company designs, develops, manufactures, and delivers a broad range of semiconductor products used across many industries. Below position is open urgently.

- Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)
- Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end campus recruitment and internship programs, including career fairs, STEM outreach, and university engagement
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics
- Manage intern lifecycle activities - onboarding, engagement, and offboarding
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives through campus events and outreach activities
- Capture and create photo/video content for internal and external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, career sites)
- Assist in HR reporting, tracking and recruitment operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Campus Hiring / HR coordination
- Strong interest in early career hiring, internship programs, or campus engagement
- Experience in interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Basic skills in video editing / content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
