Key roles and responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including intake meeting, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding, delivering a standout candidate experience.
- Deploy advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms) to engage passive talent in biopharma and hard-to-fill specialties. Innovation in Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles through market mapping, talent communities, and proactive engagement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by representing WuXi Biologics at industry events, university collaborations, and digital campaigns (social media, targeted outreach).
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to stakeholders, using insights to improve strategies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices across APAC markets.
- Stay ahead of biopharma talent trends, emerging skill demands, and competitor talent movements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead or contribute to TA projects (e.g., global process optimization, recruitment tech implementation, etc.).
Requirements
- 1 year renewable contract
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology-related fields
- Min 3 years of recruitment experience in agency/RPO/in-house recruiter
- Proficient in utilizing talent assessment tools and systems
- Working Location : Tuas Biomedical Park with company shuttle bus provided at various pick up location (MRT)
