About the Role

LG CNS Singapore is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire quality talent.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will support onboarding activities, HR initiatives, and projects as assigned. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering a positive candidate experience, and contributing to organizational growth through effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer administration and pre-employment screening activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Management & Recruitment Operations

  • Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support recruitment objectives and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and share market insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

HR Support

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services recruitment would be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and recruitment market trends.
  • Positive attitude, strong learning agility, and a passion for talent acquisition.
