Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and networking platforms
- Create engaging job advertisements and employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies, experience, and organizational fit
- Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and employee integration activities where required
- Keep updated on market trends, hiring practices, and employment regulations to ensure recruitment compliance
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employee engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing multiple hiring assignments independently
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
- Training provided, no exp needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment while being a collaborative team player
