• CollaboratewithhiringmanagerstounderstandtheirneedsanddeveloptailoredrecruitmentstrategiesforcommercialrolesManageend-to-endrecruitmentprocesses,includingsourcing,screening,interviewing,andnegotiatingoffers.
• Leverageregionalmarketinsightstoidentifytoptalentandbuildstrongpipelinesforkeypositions.
• PartnerwithHRandleadershipteamstoensureaseamlessonboardingexperiencefornewhires.
• Utilizedataandanalyticstotrackrecruitmentperformanceandidentifyareasforimprovement.
