The opportunity
You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and onboard top engineering and corporate talent.
The role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from job postings, sourcing, and phone screening, to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and contract preparation.
- Work closely with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent insights.
- Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with Singapore's statutory and employment regulations.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Hanwha as an employer of choice in Singapore
We are looking for
- 35 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in the EPC, engineering, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and work pass application process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to connect with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
