This role is with one of our portfolio companies(Series A)
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent and developing a compelling employment brand.
- Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Own individual hiring targets as well for the team.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager / team leading - a small team of recruiters.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Early phase startup experience - 0 to 1 / 1 to 10 journeys.
