Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels
Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in organizing and delivering engaging activities for career fairs, school visits, and outreach events to promote the company's early careers programs and attract future talent.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, and universities to schedule events, maintain partnerships, and support initiatives that inspire students to explore careers in the industry.
Qualifications
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in an international company, with a focus on Engineering or related fields
Prior experience in managing early careers program is an added advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
Experience working with Workday/Smart Recruiters would be an asset
Ability to work with business independently
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
