Global Workforce Advisory (GWA) is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist to support our global client portfolio across APAC, EMEA, and other international markets.
This role will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, including project-based and mass hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment and act as a trusted recruitment partner to global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer stage for global client assignments.
- Lead and support project based and mass hiring initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and other international markets.
- Partner with global clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple regions using proactive sourcing and market mapping strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate cross-border interview processes and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Track recruitment performance metrics and provide hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market intelligence research to support competitive compensation positioning and hiring strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within regional or global hiring environments.
- Experience supporting project-based and/or mass hiring initiatives.
- Exposure to cross-border hiring across APAC, EMEA, or global markets.
- Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) to manage Chinese-speaking clients and recruitment projects conducted in Chinese.
- Understanding of overseas employment practices and labour laws across relevant jurisdictions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
