An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a globally recognised brands expanding team in Singapore.Keywords: talent acquisition, corporate recruitment, APAC markets, stakeholder management, end-to-end recruitment, matrixed environment, global organisation experience

What youll do:

As a Talent Aquisition Specialist based in Singapore, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the organisations ambitious growth plans across APAC.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain across multiple APAC markets, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from requisition intake through to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each market.
  • Operate effectively within a matrixed global environment, navigating complex reporting structures and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Utilise advanced tools, systems, and analytics to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and monitor hiring performance against key metrics.
  • Ensure strict compliance with global and regional hiring policies and practices at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Act as an ambassador for the employer brand in external talent marketplaces, promoting its values and culture to prospective candidates.
  • Drive operational excellence by continuously improving recruitment processes based on data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Support regional hiring initiatives by adapting strategies according to market-specific needs and business priorities.
  • Contribute actively to team discussions, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition function.

What you bring:

To excel in this role, you will bring substantial hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within large-scale organisations known for their complexity.

  • A minimum of 46 years proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced, matrixed organisations where adaptability is key.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for corporate functions such as Sales, Marketing, Merchandising or Supply Chain across multiple geographic locations within APAC.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach that builds trust among business leaders, HR partners, and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday or similar) coupled with strong analytical abilities for monitoring pipeline health and performance metrics.
  • Experience working within multinational corporations or global organisations operating under complex reporting structures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster positive relationships both internally and externally
  • Language fluency in Japanese or Korean would be a strong plus due to the geographical remit of this role.
