What you'll do
Airwallex is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us scale our engineering teams in Singapore. You'll be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies to engage exceptional engineering talent. This is a high-impact role where your strategies will shape our talent pipeline and influence the growth of our engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters & hiring managers: Collaborate closely with TA partners and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and define target profiles.
- Build world-class pipelines: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture top technical talent, including hard-to-fill and senior-level roles.
- Drive top-of-funnel excellence: Deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates that meet Airwallex's high hiring bar.
- Use data to optimize: Track sourcing metrics, analyze pipeline performance, and share market insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion candidate experience: Represent Airwallex authentically and provide an exceptional first touchpoint for candidates.
Who You Are
- Experienced sourcer: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within high-growth tech companies or agencies focused on engineering hiring.
- Talent market expert: Skilled at finding and engaging top engineering talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, referrals, events, etc.).
- Pipeline builder: Proven ability to deliver strong candidate pipelines for niche or senior technical roles.
- Collaborative partner: Able to work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to align on priorities.
- Data-driven & detail-oriented: Comfortable using data to report progress, measure success, and iterate on sourcing strategies.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments: Self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and adapt quickly as hiring needs evolve..
