Job Description

About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talent as well as maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Proactively source and identify talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the positions you are sourcing for
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across different levels for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and talent availability exercise to understand current trends in the industry
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What You'll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (Facilities Management recruitment experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
