About The Role
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying talent as well as maintaining a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source and identify talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the positions you are sourcing for
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across different levels for current and future hiring needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and talent availability exercise to understand current trends in the industry
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What You'll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (Facilities Management recruitment experience is an advantage but not required)
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
