Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and attracting top talent to support our companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
- Drive employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
- Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in Singapore/SEA
- Support workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives with HR and business teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR business partnering
- Proven track record in filling a wide range of roles (corporate, technical, and operational)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of the Singapore/SEA talent market is an advantage
