- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needs
- Draft and post job ads across career sites and job boards, while working with agencies on approved roles
- Partner closely with HR and hiring managers to understand requirements and shape sourcing strategies
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screenings for skills, fit, and experience
- Coordinate interviews smoothly, from scheduling to logistics for both in-person and virtual sessions
- Communicate updates, feedback, and follow-ups to provide candidates with a professional experience
- Support hiring managers during interviews and facilitate evaluation discussions for fair decisions
- Organize and manage assessments, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
- Prepare offers, manage approvals, and negotiate compensation packages aligned with budgets and benchmarks
- Keep stakeholders updated throughout the hiring process, setting clear expectations and ensuring transparency
- Advise on fair hiring practices in line with employment guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in a Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- At least 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in recruitment with exposure to external agency recruiting along with internal talent acquisition
- Experience with recruitment tracking systems familiarity with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems will be an advantage
