Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding employees across various departments, particularly in retail operations, support functions, and management roles. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers and ensure we hire the right people, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Build and maintain a talent pool for key operational and specialist roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives as an attractive employer.
- Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and community job drives.
Onboarding & Integration
- Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction materials.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Work with operations managers to track probation progress and provide support.
HR Support
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation.
- Support other HR functions as required (payroll, training, employee engagement).
