In This Role, You Will

• Partner senior leaders and hiring managers on critical hiring and workforce needs

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist and leadership talent

• Use talent market insights and candidate intelligence to shape hiring strategies

• Build and engage talent pipelines for current and future business needs

• Influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge and recruitment expertise

• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction initiatives and recruitment projects that strengthen how we hire

What We're Looking For

• Has proven track record in talent acquisition, executive search or agency recruitment experience

• Is a strong stakeholder manager who can influence and advise with confidence

• Has experience hiring for professional and specialist roles

• Enjoys direct sourcing, talent mapping and engaging top talent

• Combines commercial thinking with strong execution
