We are in a race to develop patentable technologies which will power our future products, and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help recruit Singapore's most enterprising and creative engineers.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will deliver strategic and operational recruitment solutions across Dyson's Research, Design and Development (RDD) organisation. You will partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to build proactive talent strategies, deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, and strengthen Dyson's position as an employer of choice.
- Own and lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across critical and specialist RDD hiring areas, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner with senior business leaders, Heads of Function, and HR Business Partners to develop workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies aligned to current and future business needs.
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to drive best-in-class hiring practices, ensuring robust assessment processes and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Ensure recruitment activities operate within relevant employment legislation, governance standards, and Dyson policies.
- Drive cost-effective recruitment solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and long-term talent outcomes.
About you
- Extensive end to end recruitment experience within engineering.
- Ability to leverage a pre-existing network of candidates and contacts in the market as well as the ability to convert targets to candidates.
- An inspirational senior recruiter, working with a can do attitude through hands on delivery, with a willingness to roll sleeves up and muck in to achieve broader team goals.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management to drive changes in ways of working and promoting a strategic approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, network and build a narrative around data.
- Creative thinker, able to contribute ideas to solve problems, define develop more efficient ways of working.
- Resilient, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic pace of work.
