Key Responsibilities

Source, engage, and recruit candidates for corporate roles in Singapore and Malaysia
Collaborate with regional leaders to execute hiring plans and talent strategies
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of both active and passive talent
Establish strong governance with hiring teams to analyze market trends, strategize outreach, and implement creative search methods
Lead campus recruitment initiatives and foster partnerships with universities and institutions in Singapore
Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring to ensure a diverse candidate slate across all roles
Report on recruiting metrics and performance on a regular basis
