Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and recruit candidates for corporate roles in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to execute hiring plans and talent strategies
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of both active and passive talent
  • Establish strong governance with hiring teams to analyze market trends, strategize outreach, and implement creative search methods
  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives and foster partnerships with universities and institutions in Singapore
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring to ensure a diverse candidate slate across all roles
  • Report on recruiting metrics and performance on a regular basis
