About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing Banking/Web3 payment platform. Working onsite in Singapore, you'll collaborate with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Web3 Talent Sourcing: Identify top talent in the Web3, fintech, and blockchain sectors through creative sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand and position us as a top destination for Web3 professionals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, focused on tech or fintech hiring.
- Expertise: Proven ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles in the tech, crypto, or fintech industries.
- Networking: Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem and familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, and other niche platforms.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
