Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role focused on attracting, identifying, and securing top talent to support organizational growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, and improving hiring processes. In addition, the position requires supporting employer branding initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall human resource objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition practices
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes and multiple open roles simultaneously
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate relationships
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices
