Role & responsibilities
Develop short term and long term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs. • Effectively manage in a fast paced and competitive TA environment. • Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners
Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc. • Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.
