Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading institutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Conduct headhunting exercises to identify key skills required for critical roles within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to employment law.
