Job Description

The Role

  • The successful incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and will be the go-to-person for providing HR advice to internal stakeholders.
  • This will include business partnering with head of departments on manpower planning/strategies, ensuring a good flow of talents, involved with sourcing to interviewing candidates, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, as well as building a strong employer branding to attract talents.

Your Profile

  • You should possess a degree in HR/Business Administrative or its equivalent and have a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant capacity.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, are resourceful, possess good time management skills, excellent communication skills and are proficient in the use of job boards, etc.
