As an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you are to support end to end recruitment process for all business units with the focus on blue collar jobs and then white collar jobs thereafter.
You will partner with hiring managers on manpower needs, analyse recruitment metrics, screen resumes, conduct interviews, build talent pipeline, provide recommendations on streamlining the process.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
With a proven track record in recruitment, you consistently deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
