Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager will lead a team of recruiters in Singapore, China, and Taiwan, supporting manufacturing plant hiring and corporate roles across India, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, the US, etc.

This role manages an international recruitment team and partners closely with corporate stakeholders to drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing hiring environments and is comfortable operating in cross-border, fast-paced production settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and department heads to understand manpower planning.
  • Provide hiring forecast visibility and risk assessment to leadership.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters based in Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
  • Standardize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and reporting formats.
  • Drive accountability on KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, agency usage, offer acceptance rate).
  • Facilitate cross-country alignment on employer branding and hiring standards.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
  • Support critical/leadership hiring directly when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of recruitment experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience managing regional or cross-border recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations exposure to regional labor market preferred.
  • Bilingual capability (English + Mandarin) preferred for regional coordination.
