The successful incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and will be the go-to-person for providing HR advice to internal stakeholders.
This will include business partnering with head of departments on manpower planning/strategies, ensuring a good flow of talents, involved with sourcing to interviewing candidates, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, as well as building a strong employer branding to attract talents.
Your Profile
You should possess a degree in HR/Business Administrative or its equivalent and have a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant capacity.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, are resourceful, possess good time management skills, excellent communication skills and are proficient in the use of job boards, etc.
