ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Project Executive / HR Coordinator. This position focuses on driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting strategic HR initiatives and ensuring smooth coordination of human resource operations. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, developing effective hiring strategies, and managing candidate pipelines to attract high-quality talent.
The individual will also contribute to HR projects, including process improvement, employer branding initiatives, and HR system enhancements. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring seamless communication between candidates and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Additionally, the position plays a key role in enhancing employee experience by supporting engagement initiatives and promoting efficient HR practices.
