ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking professional for the role of Talent Development Manager / Senior Learning & Development Executive. This position focuses on designing and implementing talent development strategies that enhance employee capabilities, support organizational growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role involves identifying skill gaps, developing competency frameworks, and delivering structured learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The individual will be responsible for creating and managing learning programs, including leadership development, capability-building workshops, and performance improvement initiatives. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess training needs, curating relevant content, and leveraging various learning methodologies such as digital learning, workshops, and blended solutions. The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

In addition, the position plays a key role in driving employee engagement through career development initiatives, succession planning support, and knowledge-sharing platforms. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure successful program delivery and adoption across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong expertise in talent development, learning strategies, and organizational capability building

• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methods

• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs

• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement areas

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence across different levels

• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
