Oversee recruitment processes and policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and best-practice execution.
Drive an engaging candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage and optimize RPO team performance, ensuring SLA delivery and continuous improvement.
Track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics to guide workforce planning and assess effectiveness.
Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring ROI and process efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in front office relationship management, ideally within private or priority banking.
Regional or global exposure with strong knowledge of diverse education systems.
Proven success in project and event management, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems and digital marketing platforms.
Passion for Early Careers recruitment with a strategic, data-driven, and results-focused approach.
