Job Description

The Opportunity:

Key strategic partner to Head of HR and stakeholders, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies. This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition function while ensuring a robust talent management framework.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent attraction and retention, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for partnering with the business to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to proactively identify critical hiring needs and build talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Oversee executive search and leadership hiring, ensuring a seamless process for attracting senior-level talent.
  • Enhance employer branding through innovative talent marketing strategies, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive data-driven hiring decisions by leveraging analytics on talent supply, market trends, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations while driving efficiency in recruitment operations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates for future job openings
  • Lead the onboarding and induction program for new hires.
  • Support global mobility processes, partnering with HR and business leaders to facilitate international assignments, relocations, and cross-border transfers in line with business needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition (TA) experience, with a proven track record in talent sourcing, selection, and retentionpreferably within the insurance industry. Experience in Commercial Insurance business is an added advantage.
  • Must be well versed with MOM and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of recommending and utilizing different selection techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail.
