Operating since 2018, the platform provides institutional-grade digital asset services to corporations, financial institutions, professional and retail investors.
As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our in-house sourcing capabilities to further enhance our talent acquisition efforts. We're looking for driven interns who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research to identify where potential candidates can be sourced and stay informed on industry trends and talent movements.
- Build and maintain talent pools for evergreen and critical positions, ensuring a strong and active candidate pipeline.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking channels, email outreach, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate referrals by encouraging both candidates and employees to recommend qualified talent.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall hiring progress.
- Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and help deliver a positive interview experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in bilingual communication (English and Mandarin) to effectively collaborate with HQ and international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleSuite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural working environments. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a fast learning mindset.
We are looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum 6-month internship, with opportunities for extension and the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
