Operating since 2018, the platform provides institutional-grade digital asset services to corporations, financial institutions, professional and retail investors.

As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our in-house sourcing capabilities to further enhance our talent acquisition efforts. We're looking for driven interns who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct market research to identify where potential candidates can be sourced and stay informed on industry trends and talent movements.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for evergreen and critical positions, ensuring a strong and active candidate pipeline.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking channels, email outreach, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate records accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate referrals by encouraging both candidates and employees to recommend qualified talent.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to track sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall hiring progress.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and help deliver a positive interview experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in bilingual communication (English and Mandarin) to effectively collaborate with HQ and international stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or GoogleSuite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural working environments. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and a fast learning mindset.

We are looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum 6-month internship, with opportunities for extension and the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
