Talent Acquisition Intern - Engineering & Product Recruitment Team (Spring 2026)

Job Description:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
