Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
- Assist in candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
