We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment and support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, a solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations, and the ability to support both daily HR operations and long-term HR initiatives. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates; present suitable candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Manage recruitment platforms, social media postings, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment materials and campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and collaborations with agencies and government bodies (e.g. e2i, WSG).
- Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring outcomes and recruitment costs.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Support HR projects, staff engagement activities, and other HR operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 -3 years experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
- Experience with headhunting or recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently and as part of a team.
