Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on both technology and non-technology hiring across diverse functions. This role requires proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic approach to attracting top talent in Singapore's competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management.
  • Drive both tech hiring and non-tech hiring.
  • Execute high-volume hiring campaigns to meet business growth and project needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and provide talent insights.
  • Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
  • Stay updated with market trends and salary benchmarks to advise business leaders effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience in Singapore, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.
  • Strong track record in tech and non-tech hiring across junior to mid-level roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's employment market and hiring regulations.
