Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site, and vacancies are recorded on track
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Liaising with line managers to ensure that feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and established networks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in human resources management, business management or related field
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-driven, adaptable, and proactive team player
