- Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and preparation of offer documentation for successful candidates.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment and HR operational activities, including interview scheduling, recruitment events, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure all recruitment and talent acquisition activities are conducted in compliance with applicable government regulations and industry best practices.
- Support and assist in the execution of HR and talent acquisition-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timely completion.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, while continuously reviewing and improving recruitment processes and workflows.
- Identify and explore new recruitment channels and media platforms, including participation in job fairs and social media outreach initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact representing the Talent Acquisition department for internal and external recruitment-related communications, where required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
- At least Diploma/ Degree holders with minimum 5 year working experience
- Prior work experience in recruitment will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
