Develop, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications to reflect evolving business needs.
Establish recruitment requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels, including databases, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Screen and assess candidates by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and matching qualifications against job requirements.
Evaluate applicants by collaborating with hiring managers, discussing job requirements, and conducting structured interviews based on consistent evaluation criteria.
Ensure compliance with current local and international employment legislation by guiding managers, enforcing regulations, and recommending new or improved HR procedures when necessary.
Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and build strong, influential relationships throughout the selection process to enhance candidate experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently by managing calendars and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Lead onboarding activities to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and equipped for success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 3 year of experience as an in-house/agency technical recruiter in SEA regions.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
Strong understanding of local and international employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
