Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the overall recruitment strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Establish recruitment requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels, including databases, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Screen and assess candidates by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and matching qualifications against job requirements.
  • Evaluate applicants by collaborating with hiring managers, discussing job requirements, and conducting structured interviews based on consistent evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with current local and international employment legislation by guiding managers, enforcing regulations, and recommending new or improved HR procedures when necessary.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices, market trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and build strong, influential relationships throughout the selection process to enhance candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently by managing calendars and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Lead onboarding activities to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and equipped for success.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as an in-house/agency technical recruiter in SEA regions.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Strong understanding of local and international employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently / minimal supervision.
