Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field
. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
. Possessed 1-3 years of specialized talent acquisition experience
