Job Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from individual contributors to people managers. Beyond filling vacancies, you will leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies, optimize talent pipelines, and enhance employer brandingensuring WuXi Biologics attracts and secures top-tier talent in a competitive biopharma landscape.

Key roles and responsibilities
Strategic Talent Advisory
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define workforce needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on talent availability, market trends, and competitor mapping to inform hiring decisions.
End-to-End Recruitment Excellence
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and seamless onboardingdelivering a standout candidate experience.
- Deploy advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms) to engage passive talent in biopharma and hard-to-fill specialties.
Innovation in Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles through market mapping, talent communities, and proactive engagement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by representing WuXi Biologics at industry events, university collaborations, and digital campaigns (social media, targeted outreach).
- Continuously explore and optimize recruitment channels (e.g., RPOs, direct sourcing, referrals) to balance cost efficiency and quality hires.
Process Optimization & Analytics
- Refine recruitment workflows (sourcing, assessments, feedback loops) to enhance speed, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to stakeholders, using insights to improve strategies.
Compliance & Industry Leadership
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices across APAC markets.
- Stay ahead of biopharma talent trends, emerging skill demands, and competitor talent movements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead or contribute to TA projects (e.g., global process optimization, recruitment tech implementation, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology-related fields
- Above 5 years related HR/Recruiting working experience, with expertise in building recruiting infrastructure
- Prior experience in R&D recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- Experienced in using innovation recruitment tools like AI
- Proficient in utilizing talent assessment tools and systems
- Good execution and strong ownership
- Good team player with leadership skill
- Strong data analytics, reporting and presentation skill
- Can work under pressure and in a mixed culture, dynamic and fast-faced environment
