This is a an opportunity to join one of the largest long-term projects for a government sector company. The job title is Systems Engineer. This role requires 24/7 support after work hours and on weekends. You will serve as the point of contact (POC) for the system used in the project such as Citrix or Wintel. Upon successful onboarding, you will undergo trainings on the said technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of system.
- Gather and analyse user requirements to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges for the project.
- Conduct testing and validation of new features and updates in the system.
- Develop user documentation and training materials for staff.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies (Wintel / Citrix).
- Willingness to do 24/7 support after work hours and on weekends.
