Job Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Support and Monitoring:
- Provide support and monitoring of Windows servers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of Wintel systems including Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and group policy.
- Monitor infrastructure health and usage, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of virtual machines and server resources.
2. System Administration and Maintenance:
- Handle user access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, including AD and file permissions.
- Monitor system alerts, performance metrics, and backup jobs to ensure operational continuity.
- Support patch management and antivirus/endpoint protection deployment.
3. Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with lead engineers, network teams, and cloud architects to ensure smooth operations across environments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team meetings to align with project objectives.
