Responsibilities:
Firewalls & Security
- Install, configure, and monitor WAFs, Load Balancers, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint security
- Apply security best practices, including Network Security, SSL, IAM, Secrets Management, Data Encryption/Masking, Code Scanning, Container Image Signing, and OWASP Top 10 compliance
CI/CD & Cloud Automation
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployments
- Enforce DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycle
- Manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
Voice & Telecom Systems
- Work with SIP protocols, RTP, and signaling standards
- Experience with SBC platforms such as Oracle (Acme Packet), Ribbon, Audiocodes, or Metaswitch
- Familiarity with 4G/5G Core Network elements and interfaces
Application Management
- Manage Web/Application servers (Tomcat, WildFly, WebLogic, JBoss)
- Integrate RESTful APIs and API Gateways
- Optimize Java-based applications (JVM tuning, resource management, troubleshooting)
- Understand HTTP, SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, load balancing concepts
- Automate tasks with Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Communications Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, AI, or Big Data Analytics
- Knowledge in 4G/5G mobile communications, cloud computing, NFV, databases, Linux, IP networking, or network security is a plus
