Job Description & Requirements
- Provide 24/7 support for Data Center and ensure proper running of existing data centre systems
- Manage equipment movement and monitor status daily
- Perform troubleshoot, report system incidents, and resolve incidents related to routine issues
- Perform tape mount and unmount for backup operation and handle portable media storage for offsite storage
- Liaise with vendors on maintenance and enhancement issues
- At least 5 years of experience and must be able to perform rotating shift duties
