Our Client is a Japanese company that provides a premier end-to-end IT solutions provider in Singapore and APAC regions, currently, they are seeking a System Engineer
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI based on client business cases
- Design custom tables and manage data using Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint List
- Work with Power Platform data connectors and manage interfaces with other systems
- Participate in pre-sales and business development activities together with the team lead, including feasibility studies, client meetings, proposal writing, and demo creation
- Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders explain complex systems in a clear and concise manner
- Adapt to different business domains (e.g. healthcare, energy, trading, smart city) and create appropriate IT solutions
- Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Provide proactive system design proposals that include considerations for security, data integrity, and future scalability
- Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations
- Create professional documentation: proposal decks, process flows, data mapping, ER diagrams, etc. using MS Office tools
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT development, consulting, business analysis, or system project management
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and system design - must be able to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Practical experience with Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or other RPA tools
- Working knowledge of Power Fx, SQL, or other scripting/low-code platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint Lists
- Understanding of general business operations processes (e.g., sales, procurement, accounting)
- Proficient in preparing documentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English to engage with end-users and stakeholders, including senior management

- Experience in solution architecture and system integration
- Prior experience working with clients from Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, or Retail industries
- Interest in emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and business process innovation
