Support System Lead in System design, development and project delivery
Responsible for System documentation
Formulate / revise specifications for purchase of IT equipment (e.g. servers, switches) and software, ensure successful and timely delivery by contractor
Plan, manage and perform system equipment installation
Perform system OS and software installation, configuration
Perform OS hardening according to security guidelines
Plan and conduct system acceptance tests with customer, prepare acceptance test reports
Support integration testing
Provide support during project phase and system warranty period
Prepare operator manuals and assist in conduct of user training
